For Matěj, the pool is his second home because he has spent time in the pool since he was a little boy. Although he tried other sports, he always returned to swimming. He went from swimming lessons to competitive swimming and participated in several Czech championships. He is now a 3rd year student of the FTVS in Physical Education and Sport. Matěj enjoys working with children the most. Matěj leads group lessons for adults in Ymca and individual lessons can be arranged with him at Ymca, Axa, Olšanka and in summer at Petynka pools.
