Radim comes from a swimming family. He has been diving in the water since he was a kid and swimming competitively since he was 7 years old, but then came puberty and Radim wanted to do other things. Later, thanks to school and family, he returned to swimming, but as a coach. Coaching completely absorbed him. What Radim enjoys about being a coach is helping people, improving their swimming technique and increasing their physical fitness. Radim leads group lessons at Ymca and Olšanka pools. He conducts individual lessons for children and adults at Ymca, Axa, Olšanka and Šutka pools.
