    • Swimming every day in the Best centre Sports training pool (a few minutes from the hotel)
    • Open water swimming 2x in the bays where triathlon and open water races are held

    • Schedule (approximate)
      • Monday: swim, short trot 30-40 min and bike together 2-3 h, both without intensity
      • Tuesday: swimming, longer lap
      • Wednesday : swimming, common run (compensatory exercises within the run)
      • Thursday: swimming, running – with structure at a higher intensity, bike – 2 – 2.5 h, wavy profile
      • Friday: swimming, freer bike – optional
      • Saturday: swim, longest lap and run
    • The camp is designed for advanced swimmers as well as beginners. The camp is also for clients who do not run or ride a bike. You can participate and try out biking or running.
